Six kinds of plumbing trouble, each one a room in the house. Pick yours, or call and we will sort it out together.
Sewer line
Slow or blocked sinks, tubs and toilets, a main drain that keeps backing up, and damaged sewer lines between your house and the street.
Main water entry
The pipe that brings water from the street into your house: leak repair, replacement, and replacing old lead or galvanized lines on your side of the property line.
Main water entry
Pressure that is too high, too low, or unsteady, and replacing or installing the pressure reducing valve (PRV) that protects your pipes and fixtures.
Basement water heater
Repair or replacement when you have no hot water, not enough hot water, or a tank that is leaking, noisy, or old.
Kitchen and bath fixtures
Leaking faucets, running toilets, failing shutoff valves, and the leaks that show up under sinks, behind walls and on ceilings.
Gas line
Gas piping for stoves, dryers, water heaters and other appliances: new lines, extensions, and repairs, with the permit and leak test handled.
The fix depends on where the trouble is, so we start by locating it. You get a written quote after we have seen the problem, not a guess over the phone.
We tell you what we found, what we recommend and why, before any digging or replacement starts.
If the problem turns out to be in the utility's pipe and not yours, we say so, so you can call them instead of paying us.
We work out of Capitol Heights, Maryland, and serve homes across DC, Maryland and Virginia.
